1.1 Not a Pharmacy or Healthcare Provider

Leaderboard Rx is an independent technological price comparison and prescription navigation platform. Leaderboard Rx LLC is NOT a licensed pharmacy, prescription drug manufacturer, healthcare provider, physician, or health insurance company. We do not dispense, handle, package, or distribute prescription drugs, nor do we practice medicine or provide pharmacy care.

1.2 No Medical Advice or Doctor-Patient Relationship

All content, tools, and pricing data provided through Leaderboard Rx—including drug pricing comparisons, medication descriptions, dosage and form information, pharmacy rankings, and savings estimates—are for informational and educational purposes only.

• The Service does not provide medical, diagnostic, or prescribing advice.
• No doctor-patient, pharmacist-patient, or healthcare provider relationship of any kind is created by your use of the Service.
• You should never use information on Leaderboard Rx to diagnose or treat a health problem or disease, or to alter prescribed medication regimens without consulting a licensed physician or pharmacist.

2.2 Incompatibility with Government & Commercial Health Insurance

Prescription discount cards and coupons cannot be combined with federal or state-funded healthcare programs (such as Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, SCHIP, or VA benefits), or commercial health insurance plans to lower your copay.

If you have health insurance or Medicare/Medicaid, you may choose to use a Leaderboard Rx discount coupon in lieu of your insurance coverage as an out-of-pocket cash transaction, provided you understand that purchases made outside your insurance formulary will typically not count toward your insurance deductible or out-of-pocket maximums unless permitted by your plan. Always consult your insurance administrator or pharmacist for comparison.

2.3 Pricing Estimates & Point-of-Sale (POS) Discrepancies

Leaderboard Rx aggregates real-time estimated cash and discount prices from participating discount card networks and public pharmacy fee schedules:

• Prices Are Estimates: While we strive for absolute accuracy, all prices displayed are estimates and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Point-of-Sale Authority: The final price of any medication is determined exclusively by the dispensing pharmacy at the point of sale (POS) at the time of checkout.
• Price Factors: Final pricing may vary based on exact National Drug Code (NDC) dispensed, generic substitution vs. brand-name drug, exact dosage, form, manufacturer, package size, quantity, store location, and real-time network fee updates.

2.4 Pharmacy Participation & Professional Discretion

Pharmacies participate in discount card networks voluntarily through contracts with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) or discount administrators. Pharmacies reserve the right to alter, discontinue, or refuse discount card participation in accordance with their store policies and applicable law. Dispensing pharmacists maintain independent professional and legal discretion to refuse to dispense, substitute, or transfer any prescription drug if deemed medically inappropriate or unsafe.

2.5 Revenue & Affiliate Compensation Disclosure

Leaderboard Rx is free for consumers to search, compare, and obtain discount cards. Leaderboard Rx LLC may receive administrative fees, referral commissions, or affiliate compensation from featured discount card networks and partners when a user presents a discount card or coupon at a participating pharmacy.

4.1 User Authorization

By submitting a transfer request, you explicitly authorize Leaderboard Rx and our semi-automated transfer helper engine to communicate on your behalf with your designated originating and receiving pharmacies. You authorize the transmission of relevant transfer details, including your full name, date of birth (DOB), address, contact information, medication name, Rx prescription number, originating pharmacy, and receiving pharmacy.

4.2 Fulfillment by Licensed Pharmacies Only

Leaderboard Rx is not a pharmacy and does not fulfill, dispense, or physically transfer prescriptions. Prescription transfers are legally executed solely by licensed pharmacists between licensed pharmacies. Leaderboard Rx does not guarantee that a transfer request will be accepted, processed, or completed within a specific timeframe.

4.3 Controlled Substances & Legal Restrictions

Users acknowledge that under federal (DEA) and state pharmacy regulations, Schedule II controlled substances cannot be transferred. Certain Schedule III–V controlled substances may be transferred only once or are subject to strict state-level transfer limitations. You agree not to use the Transfer Engine for prohibited transfers.
